At Glass by Daryl, each piece is packaged and delivered with the same level of intention and care that goes into its creation. Because of the delicate, handcrafted nature of our art, all shipping and delivery is handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure the best experience for you and the longevity of the piece.

📦 How Shipping Is Calculated

Shipping is based on:

  • Destination (domestic or international)

  • Size and weight of the piece

  • Installation or handling requirements, when needed

You will receive a shipping estimate at checkout or through direct communication following your order. Larger or more complex pieces may require further coordination before final delivery.

⚠️ Oversized & Heavier Pieces

If your order meets any of the following criteria:

  • Over 2 feet in length or width

  • Weighs over 50 pounds

  • Combines significant size and weight

We will contact you directly to discuss:

  • Delivery method

  • Installation requirements

  • Special handling needs

These pieces cannot be shipped commercially without a custom plan of care, due to their scale and fragility. We'll work with you to coordinate the safest and most appropriate delivery solution.

🧾 Pickup Option & Waiver Requirement

If you prefer to pick up your piece instead of having it shipped:

  • Pickup can be arranged by appointment

  • You will be required to sign a Care Waiver stating that you accept full responsibility for:

    • Safe transport of the piece after pickup

    • Any damage caused by handling or improper installation

This helps protect both parties and ensures the continued integrity of the work.

🌍 Domestic & International Shipping

We proudly offer worldwide shipping. For orders outside the U.S., please be aware of additional customs time, fees, or shipping considerations. We will remain in contact to ensure your piece arrives safely.

🔐 Insurance & Packaging

All shipped orders are:

  • Professionally packaged

  • Fully insured

  • Tracked and documented via reliable carriers
